Hello to all my dear Friends. Hope everything is going fine. Finally took out some time to share my recent recipe of Cheesy Sticks... As the name says Cheesy this is the perfect snack bites for Cheese Lovers, like me ;) You won't believe I made one box of Cheesy Bites and it was over in just few minutes... ahemmm the taste was really good buttery, crunchy, cheesy with a hint of spices... As I really like the taste of Amul Cheese so I have used that in this recipe. So lets talk about Recipe what all you need. INGREDIENTS Flour - 1 cup Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Castor Sugar - 2 tsp Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Buttermilk - 1/2 cup Melted Butter - 50 grams Amul Cheese - 1/2 cup Sesame seeds - for topping PROCEDURE In a bowl sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda. castor sugar, chili powder and salt together and keep it aside.
